My VA doctor uses this for my orthotics. I have not had a good experience with this product. They seem well made but... Two orthotics later and I still can't use them, they cause pain to my feet. I reached out to buy extra foot inserts outside of my insurance since they already had a 3D scan of my foot. Their brains broke, the they spent months to tell me that no can approve it despite me wanting to give them money. The beauty of the USA is that there will always be a better company, you should take time to find another one. Their customer service is nonexistent.
This is coming from a former employee. This company is a really good company to buy products from if you're looking for support for your back your hips your knees your feet anything these products not only are really good for you but they are all homemade. What better than to go for a company who is America first? What better than to go towards a company who believes in making products homemade? Tried to inquire for some specifics about my orthotics and only got a very general answer to my question, then not even the courtesy of a response to my reply asking for more information. In short, don't expect ANY help for service after the sale from these folks.
