This used to be owned by a white guy but since has been sold to a group of greedy corporates. Every one of the mobile homes are very old 60s and 70s models. Feral cats all over the place, loose dogs running up to you trying to attack. Hoarder yards and no one ever had a valid permit to build on to their trailers. The parking was a nightmare!
