This was a terrible experience. Definitely don’t recommend this company. I had two kids show up to my house wreaking of weed and didn’t even have a company vehicle. Tried to sell me on all new locks when I already had new locks. Just wanted them all to be matching keys. Definitely not worth your time!
Vanessa was a great help on getting my truck open due to the keys being stuck inside I live hours away and had nobody to help me
The "office" staff seemed fine but they said they would have a locksmith tech call me with details. That person, that I could barely understand due to accent barrier, called and said it would be $150 to help me unlock my suitcase. Outrageous! I said what about the $29 for service I saw on the website? He mumbled something and hungup. After about 3-4 minutes the person texted me back stating "We can unlock the suitcase for $80 total." That is what I paid for the suitcase. I do not recommend this operation as it feels scammy.
I locked my keys in my truck. Prompt service, but $250.00 just to unlock the door.
