If I could give 0 stars, I would. I got to this store 20 minutes before closing at 6:40pm, and they had already locked the doors. Instead of welcoming a paying customer, an employee cracked the door open just to ask what I wanted—obviously to buy something! The mall itself doesn’t even close until 8pm, so there was no reason to turn people away early. Thankfully, Helzberg Diamonds across the way has better work ethic. Finally pulled the trigger on a couple pieces. Could not be happier, process was easy, communication on point and the jewelry was better then i could have imagined! Couldnt say enough good things, 100% recommend, u wont be disappointed. Thank u guys 🙏
