Came here to get my wiring harness replaced because of a rodent. Less than a year later the light came back on due to intermittent connection to the sensor and my power steering was gone once again. They told me it would be $215 just to diagnose the issue which I already know is the harness. Just be aware they don’t stand behind their work if you plan to come here.
Terrible service. Continuously let down over the last 6 years I’ve been bringing my cars here. Even with an appointment anything here is going to take all day. Told them I needed a new battery. They told me I was wrong so they had to run further tests. 6+ hours later they say it is the battery that needs replaced. Every time I go here my day is ruined. Brendan is the only employee who seems to care and show any compassion. He is nice. The rest of the place is a circus.
Brendan M is always incredibly helpful and kind when I bring my car for service.
Jesus was really incredible. I had a small issue post service and he sent out a technician to my house. His team went above and beyond to solve the issue and the customer service was excellent.
