Honestly a great service experience - good staff, easy to book an appointment, nice dealership. 1 star is for the number of times they have bothered me. I received 2 calls today - 1 at 6pm - to say I had a recall that needed to be dealt with. Except I know I don’t have a recall - I just took my car to the shop a couple weeks ago and there haven’t been any recalls since then. After (at best) "mixed" results in the past, some definitely worthy of 1 star reviews, today I had a great experience. "service advisor" Austin made everything much better than I was expecting. Thank You ! Edit : The next day Honda's AI is harassing me via text about my having MISSED my appointment. I was there. It was great. I am now down grading my review from 5 stars for Austin & the parts dept guy (both were wonderful) to 3 stars overall for Honda Service dept. Today I took my truck in for an oil change and a Multi point safety inspection. Upon arrival the service advisor stated my truck needed an alignment as well, just by driving into the service garage. Apparently they now can determine from photo technology.🤔 I authorized the repair a little after contemplating, which they pivoted and got the work done after my indecision, which I appreciate.
