I'm quite bummed. I used to come to this place at their old location once a month. I booked an hour massage for deep tissue and fell short. The gal that worked with me used her forearms and elbows on my upper back. For my legs and feet they used gentle touch, not deep. The entire massage felt weaker than when my partner at home does it. I had the best experience with Kate. She really listened to where I was feeling pain and went to work to provide healing and relief. She is kind, incredibly intuitive and had the most calming energy. I loved the whole vibe of the place and cannot recommend Mile High Holistics enough!

Seth was an awesome massage therapist. I had a 2 hour session with him and came out feeling great. I asked for deep tissue, and Seth is a big guy and was able to provide good pressure. He knew all the right trigger points on me and also used cupping to target my areas of pain. I think I fell asleep for a while during the massage. But came out of it feeling loose and light. Excellent experience!-

The staff at MHH are fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly healers! The monthly massage membership is a great deal with free add-ons like hot stones or aromatherapy and more. I always leave super relaxed and recharged.The place is small, which is nice because you can only have a few folks getting a service at a time. It’s always clean, tidy, and peaceful when I go. The sheets are also so soft!
