The staff at MHH are fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly healers! The monthly massage membership is a great deal with free add-ons like hot stones or aromatherapy and more. I always leave super relaxed and recharged.The place is small, which is nice because you can only have a few folks getting a service at a time. It’s always clean, tidy, and peaceful when I go. The sheets are also so soft!
Sarah gave one of the best massages I've had in a long time. I'm usually quite picky about therapists since I worked in management in the massage industry for some 10 odd years. I know a good therapist when I see one. Sarah was incredibly intuitive to my body and I could tell she was using a variation of modalities and techniques throughout the session in response to how my body was reacting. Absolutely brilliant at her craft and I couldn't recommend her more!
I was experiencing tightness and sharp pain on one side of my neck. Seth took great care fully understanding what I was experiencing and working on that specific problem. I woke up the next morning without pain. On my way out he even gave me a few tips on how to massage myself. In the past I have also worked with Kate who has always done a great job as well as always have a welcoming energy when I came into the office. If you need therapeutic body work, Mile High Holistics is where you will find it.
The massages I get from Kylee are right on point. They help relieve some of the pain and loosen my tight neck and back muscles. I also feel lighter and less stiff when I leave. I always feel heard and respected by all your employees. They do a good job; which makes me feel comfortable in saying that I would recommend them to all. Thanks so much for the complete support.
Kylee is a skilled massage therapist! I have had many massages over the years and her skill and technique are top notch! She utilized cupping technique and deep tissue which were well done. Thank you for providing this service to the community!
