When I first began receiving services I thought it was going to be the usual clinical treatments. I soon discovered an approach toward an interactive experience involving communication and personalized techniques that led to mind and body coordination resulting in total relief and relaxation. I find myself anticipating each session and isn't that what we all want?
Sarah gave one of the best massages I've had in a long time. I'm usually quite picky about therapists since I worked in management in the massage industry for some 10 odd years. I know a good therapist when I see one. Sarah was incredibly intuitive to my body and I could tell she was using a variation of modalities and techniques throughout the session in response to how my body was reacting. Absolutely brilliant at her craft and I couldn't recommend her more!
I had an amazing experience at Mile High Holistics with Kate. Booking was easy, my appointment began upon arrival without delay, and the treatment was exceptional. The facilities are relaxing, clean, and vibrant with positive energy. Kate did an amazing job consistently communicating, especially around levels of pressure. Kate also has ton of experience with injuries and helped bring more relief to my shoulder pain than any procedure I have had since my injury over 5 weeks ago. She is an expert in the cupping technique.
I visited Mile High Holistics yesterday based on a referral from a close friend, with the goal of getting relief from ongoing aches and pain following a serious accident earlier this year.
