The staff at MHH are fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly healers! The monthly massage membership is a great deal with free add-ons like hot stones or aromatherapy and more. I always leave super relaxed and recharged.The place is small, which is nice because you can only have a few folks getting a service at a time. It’s always clean, tidy, and peaceful when I go. The sheets are also so soft!

Sarah gave one of the best massages I've had in a long time. I'm usually quite picky about therapists since I worked in management in the massage industry for some 10 odd years. I know a good therapist when I see one. Sarah was incredibly intuitive to my body and I could tell she was using a variation of modalities and techniques throughout the session in response to how my body was reacting. Absolutely brilliant at her craft and I couldn't recommend her more!

Mile High Holistics is a credit to the Westfax community. As a VA Community Care referral, or otherwise, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have seen several therapist as my schedule allowed and all have been absolutely phenomenal. Anna, Alex, Kate, and Nikka all listened to what I had going on, that particular day and on a chronic basis, and ministered to those needs adeptly. Highly recommend!!

I was experiencing tightness and sharp pain on one side of my neck. Seth took great care fully understanding what I was experiencing and working on that specific problem. I woke up the next morning without pain. On my way out he even gave me a few tips on how to massage myself. In the past I have also worked with Kate who has always done a great job as well as always have a welcoming energy when I came into the office. If you need therapeutic body work, Mile High Holistics is where you will find it.

Kate is an incredible healer and massage therapist. She has worked out some serious knots I didn't even realize I had, and previous massage therapists had completely missed. She uses a lot of different techniques and tools. I've been experiencing a lot of stress lately, and her reiki and nervous system-focused work is the real deal. It's always a treat interacting with her and being on her table. The establishment is clean, professional, and welcoming. Can't recommend enough!
