Jim has done work on my heater in my apartment building, he showed up on time, did a great job and always answers my phone calls. Would highly recommend them as dependable and trustworthy.
Our fire department in Philipsburg has a number of heaters that are vital to keeping our trucks warm in the winter. Jim Lott has done an exceptional job maintaining and relocating units within our building over several years. he is fair and professional and we feel his charges are very reasonable.
I tried to get this company to look at my water heater for 6 weeks. They will not call back or follow up on conversations or promised responses. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. The only reason I continued to try and contact them was they are supposed to be a trained plumber for my particular water heater.
