Came here for an appointment at 9:20 AM on 11/4/2025 and the doors were locked with no one answering the phone. I was told by others in the business complex this business often does not show up and keep customers waiting if they ever show. DO NOT COME HERE. I paid for this service and expect a refund.
I called last week and set a 1pm appt for a pre-employment drug test. I showed up at 1230p and waited until 130p and they never unlocked doors, called them 6xs and they never answered phone. I'm lucky that my potential employer rescheduled me with a responsible clinic. Imagine if you're on probation and have to take a drug test to avoid more jail time and the clinic just decides to no show for the day. I had misunderstanding the owner cleared it up for me. They were very understanding, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic as well as accommodating.
I did some third party health testing that needed blood drawn and this place was AMAZING! The companies instructions were a little confusing, so upon calling Mile High, they answered every question I had, even offered to help drop off another test I had done at home at FedEx for me. They are so sweet and make you feel very comfortable. I really appreciated their help! They are quick, explain everything, and do a great a job.
