No show, no call. Who does that? Mile High Coatings does! I had an appointment for an estimate with Justin today, the appointment time rolled around and after 45 minutes I decided to reach out, not them, but me. They said there was a mix up with the time and can I do noon instead? I said let's do 4 p.m., after all it was thier mistake for the conflict and double booking or whatever excuse sounded good to them. That doesn't fly with me. Appointment are made for a reason. Can't say enough good about this company! Their Customer service, the process and the finish product are all outstanding. They worked with our schedule to make sure the work could be done immediately upon taking possession of our hime so their was time for floor to cure before move-in. The Installers kept us informed of their schedule, the process and aftercare and now all that's left is to admire and enjoy! Competitive pricing makes this an easiest home improvement decision you'll make.
