No show, no call. Who does that? Mile High Coatings does! I had an appointment for an estimate with Justin today, the appointment time rolled around and after 45 minutes I decided to reach out, not them, but me. They said there was a mix up with the time and can I do noon instead? I said let's do 4 p.m., after all it was thier mistake for the conflict and double booking or whatever excuse sounded good to them. That doesn't fly with me. Appointment are made for a reason.
