I brought my 2022 MDX into the service center and spoke with Leo. The steering column was making a very strange groaning sound. I thought it would be covered under the new car warranty, but I found out it was not covered. Leo checked it out. They had to take apart the dash board and steering column and discovered it just needed a lubricating. Leo fixed it at no charge. Amazing. Thanks Leo for making my day. 5 stars !!!!
So far so good. They had me in and out in like an hour to replace my key fob. Great customer service. I have to bring back my vehicle today for our 1st service there.
Tried to obtain information about service repair, there was no way the guy knew what he was talking about. He was not willing to help me out in anyway. I have been driving an acura over 20 years, would never take my car there.
