Came in to get the custom insoles made and when walking later that afternoon I could feel the left insole was off. Went back in a few days later and let them know, and they made me another pair without hesitation. When walking later that afternoon, now the right insole was off. Went back in a few days later and asked if I could just have the right insole of the first pair, and keep the left insole of the 2nd pair. Super helpful staff. Very knowledgeable alone to let you try on a lot of shoes. They have a treadmill there so you can run for a little bit and see how it feels.
Ventura is lucky to have your presence here. I’m from an area that has several kick butt running stores. Fleet Feet, Swags, Ken Combs, all in Louisville, KY. Those are the standards I’m used to and happy to say you also set the bar high. You gave a nice selection of shoes, running gear and attire. Not to mention you have a helpful staff that’s kind and considerate. Recently went to another running store in Newbury Park, RR, quite disappointed with the help and antics they practice.
