Our car broke down on our road trip from Sydney to Adelaide. Told us it would be over a week of waiting before they could even look at our car. We always get our car serviced at VW in Gosford and always have a great experience. They didn’t seem to want to help us out at all.

Danielle and the team saved our bacon. My wife and I are doing a road trip from Newcastle to Broken Hill. At Hay we started getting a 'low AdBlu' alarm (knowing full well we had plenty of AdBlu). Danielle got us in at 4.50pm and had the problem analysed and fixed by 5.05pm. A big THANK YOU!
