Running 5 mins late. Refused to see my dog when i arrived, didnt offer to rebook. Only 1 other person in the wait room.
I honestly can’t thank this vet hospital enough. Our dog Ozzy went downhill so fast, pale gums, not eating, extreme diarrhoea, couldn’t even stand properly. We brought him in terrified, and they discovered he had parvo. The team here worked so quickly and treated him with so much care. They kept us updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about Ozzy like he was their own.
