Absolutely 5 star service! Our dog had an aural haematoma which the vet operated on the same day. 3 weeks later it was back amd the vet did the surgery again free of charge because the stitches were removed too soon. He was so compassionate and really explained everything I needed to know so I didnt have any questions. We are very grateful for the service we and our very loved dog received.
I’m terribly disappointed with Mildura Veterinary Hospital because when I brought my cat there to follow up with her health and have booked an appointment since last month, the reception staff could not find it and told me that if I want my cat to be attended to I had to return after an hour or so. Now, where was I to go with a cat when I live in Wentworth which is half an hour away? I've been a client of this clinic for nearly 10 years now and every experience has been amazing. All the staff are exceptional, friendly and caring. This clinic has cared for all (at one point 5) of my animals with dedication and compassion. I want to give praise in particular to Dr. Katherine and Dr. Haoran (Harry). Dr. Katherine went above and beyond when my rabbit developed a tumour in late 2023, to diagnose, keep me informed and ensuring she was comfortable for her final months. Travelling through with our 10 month old Groodle. Rang and managed to get an appointment at 5:40 as it appeared Monty had an ear infection. Arrived 5:35 with a man smoking right at the entrance which was off putting enough. The small waiting area was full of other clients. I was informed by the young lady at the desk that the vet was running late and maybe 40 minutes late. I told my partner and we decided to go refuel while waiting.
