Running 5 mins late. Refused to see my dog when i arrived, didnt offer to rebook. Only 1 other person in the wait room.
I honestly can’t thank this vet hospital enough. Our dog Ozzy went downhill so fast, pale gums, not eating, extreme diarrhoea, couldn’t even stand properly. We brought him in terrified, and they discovered he had parvo. The team here worked so quickly and treated him with so much care. They kept us updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about Ozzy like he was their own. Awesome service and awesome staff
I was constantly interrupted and talked over by the vet I saw at this practice and felt I was being treated very rudely. I did not feel that she was listening to me and I do not think her clinical notes reflected the true state of my cat at that time. He died a few days later over the Grand Final long weekend and I'll never know what caused his death, but I found it difficult to know where to get help over the long weekend as I had gained the impression, especially from social media, that there were no longer any vet service... read more
