Awesome service and awesome staff
I was constantly interrupted and talked over by the vet I saw at this practice and felt I was being treated very rudely. I did not feel that she was listening to me and I do not think her clinical notes reflected the true state of my cat at that time. He died a few days later over the Grand Final long weekend and I'll never know what caused his death, but I found it difficult to know where to get help over the long weekend as I had gained the impression, especially from social media, that there were no longer any vet service... read more
Absolutely 5 star service! Our dog had an aural haematoma which the vet operated on the same day. 3 weeks later it was back amd the vet did the surgery again free of charge because the stitches were removed too soon. He was so compassionate and really explained everything I needed to know so I didnt have any questions. We are very grateful for the service we and our very loved dog received.
I’m terribly disappointed with Mildura Veterinary Hospital because when I brought my cat there to follow up with her health and have booked an appointment since last month, the reception staff could not find it and told me that if I want my cat to be attended to I had to return after an hour or so. Now, where was I to go with a cat when I live in Wentworth which is half an hour away? This far, she has seen the vet twice and each time the Chinese male vet speaks so fast that when I asked him to repeat himself, I can see that ... read more
