I've been a client of this clinic for nearly 10 years now and every experience has been amazing. All the staff are exceptional, friendly and caring. This clinic has cared for all (at one point 5) of my animals with dedication and compassion. I want to give praise in particular to Dr. Katherine and Dr. Haoran (Harry). Travelling through with our 10 month old Groodle. Rang and managed to get an appointment at 5:40 as it appeared Monty had an ear infection. Arrived 5:35 with a man smoking right at the entrance which was off putting enough. The small waiting area was full of other clients. I was informed by the young lady at the desk that the vet was running late and maybe 40 minutes late. I told my partner and we decided to go refuel while waiting. My dog and I always have a great experience with the staff, including vets, nurses, and folks on reception. We appreciate the thoughtful approach to diagnostics and treatment options. Highly recommended.
I called for an emergency and was met with kindness, compassion and knowledge. I was squeezed in quickly, not upsold on anything and not charged out the nose. I won't go anywhere else!
