I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Mildura Toyota. This dealership appears to be more focused on making money than providing proper customer service. When it comes to warranty claims, they frequently change their statements and deny servicing legitimate warranty issues. I am currently filing a VCAT complaint against this dealer due to their refusal to honor warranty obligations. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this dealership entirely.
Had my car serviced at Mildura Toyota the other day, The atmosphere here is great, the staff are so lovely, the guy who checked my car in was lovely and very very attractive which made the whole process much more enjoyable as well. Great communication with my vehicle throughout out the day and they even washed my car for me too. Great service.
Dude was an amazing sport over busting me in the abandoned waterpark across the road that Toyota own - absolute legend ! - mellow as and didn’t behave like an angry psycho like many do ( I was only taking photos) - 5/5
Servicing company Ute here is stress free. Staff are very helpful. And the turn around service time without any hiccups.
