My partner and I have found Dr Sleeman to be both professional and supportive. I always feel confident that my care is in great hands.
Sustained Hip , gluteus and Pelvic inj y ry. She failed to advise Hispital Staff if my 7ficant ore existing Spinal Injuries. Failed to do pre op assessments , putting me under GA when it was not recommended, without ECG. I have n9t walked since I left the Theatre due to excruciating Pain.
