I was booked in for a 15,000 klm service and when we came to pick up our car we were told that they had also done a wheel alignment and rotation that we had to pay extra for. I explained that we had already had a rotation done at 10,000 klms. When we first dropped the car off, no one mentioned that they were going to do that with the tyres. We should have been asked if we wanted that done, not just go ahead and do it. I would have told them not to do it as it was done 5,000 klms earlier.
