Mildura Jeep refused to even look at a failed repair done by their service dept. And were rude from the second they found out it was a customer returning to complain. We believe the car was not even repaired at all as its the same as it was. This car was also bought off them long ago So i recommend getting a car elsewhere. ANYWHERE BUT JEEP CAR HOLDINGS MILDURA!
Unacceptable customer service, dropped off my car at 12 o clock and they said it could be done in an hour. And i tried ringing them several times couldn't get hold of them, unfortunately the car was done at 5pm, my wife was waiting in the central for 5 hours thinking the car would be done in an hour. Unacceptable and poor customer service. On arrival to pick the car the front desk people were talking as if nothing happened. Poor customer service and communication, would never recommend any of my friends,
We had our Fiat Motorhome towed into Mildura and with little notice the service team had scanned and identified our issues and had us on the road within a day. Doug was great explaining the process and prepared us well, really lovely and knowledgeable guy. Thanks Mildura Jeep for your wonderful assistance.
We had a repair fail from an interstate dealer and they agreed to repair if at fault. Tried another dealer close Mildura and didn't seem too interested. Rang the Mildura team and had a booking to inspect two days from call. Issue was found and parts ordered. One part was a 3 month back order but the team managed to source a 2nd hand in house and get us back on the road as we are travelling full time. The team went above and beyond and repaired correctly, thanks team. . .
Staff so friendly and helpful highly recommend them nothing was too much trouble for them
