Our boat, advantage 2 exceed our expectations in every way possible, we found the staff fantastic and the service outstanding. We will definitely be back again.
Our house boat was great! The rooms were great because we could bring so many people except the door and doorframe were quite small, it has 2 fridges which is great if you have a lot of food, the back deck was really good if you had a boat, canoe, kayak, paddle board, etc to get on. Overall great value for the boat, had a great time!
A great experience, very relaxing for my family and I. Mildura Houseboats is a very well run operation, everything has been thought of. They made it easy for first time hirers. The boat was presented beautifully and we were so thankful to the cleaning ladies for popping out grocery delivery away. Small details like this make a big impact. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Aggressive Behaviour I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Mildura Houseboats. After needing to cancel booking made (24 hours prior and only contactable business hours) for a booking 2 weeks in advance , I contacted the company multiple times to discuss a refund.
