Car washed and vacuumed. Dropped off and left the car for around 2 hours. Great job and very reasonably priced. Happy with the service. Will definitely use Mildura Hand Car Wash again 😊
⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience here. I specifically asked for both interior and exterior cleaning, but when I came back only the exterior had been washed. Even the exterior wash itself was not done properly, as I noticed several spots and areas that were still dirty and clearly missed during the cleaning When I politely mentioned that I had requested both, the staff member became very argumentative and raised his voice, insisting that I never asked for interior cleaning. The three guys did such a good job! They completed the clean so quickly and did an amazing job. I wish I took a before and after photo.
My car is spotless, very good use of tyre shine/rubber dressing and good use of harmless products. Good service team and quick with it as well.
Terrible customer service: incomplete wash, missed spots, and staff who argue and mock customers instead of helping
