I have recently travelled from Mildura for two eye surgeries in two weeks. My husband and I would highly recommend Dr.Bassili. His professionalism, honesty and kindness was much appreciated.Also a big thank you to the wonderful staff at the Heidelberg clinic who were very welcoming, helpful and kind. Was told needed op on left eye which is fine he also shone a torch into my good eye, it was so bright it hurt..that was a month ago it still hurts and eye sight from good eye has diminished. I felt that I was being pushed into the operation which I will probably have to have now that I’m totally half blind.

Have been waiting to see this specialist for 14 months. I rang on several occasions only to be told that I would be seen in May. Each time the reception staff have been very abrupt and unhelpful. The last phone call I had they told me my referral had run out and I’d need to get a new one and now my appointment time would be in August with no explanation or apology for the delay.

It was a very positive experience and highly recommend this group. Front staff was very supportive, kind and friendly. Dr Rahul Chakrabarti was very professional and performed excellent work for my little one.
