Won’t be returning. I placed an online order for my father for Father’s Day. I had picked a car. Mildred called because the car was no longer available. We decided on the truck instead. Mildred explained she was going to put a silk liner down. I had already checked out online the previous night inputting my card, which was a discover. Mildred told me I had to give her a Mastercard number even though it had input the discover card online. The bouquet was delivered. Poor Mrs. Mildred is tired and more than likely overwhelmed. When we visited yesterday, all she would say is how she needs people to actually buy things and not just register for the Mingle jingle. She was slightly rude, but I feel like it was more because her heart was breaking to have everyone coming in and looking but not purchasing anything. Absolutely worts experience ever trying to order flowers. Like other reviewers have said, immediately seemed like I was inconveniencing her. Gave her the address for delivery and repeatedly questioned where it was located. I eventually told her to cancel the order and I’d find someone who wanted to deliver them. Horrible person and business.
The florist seemed impatient and harried. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and repeated three times what I wanted on the card. I gave her a limit of $100. dollars total. The charge she put on my card was $111.30. This is bad business and I feel as if she jacked the price up because I do not live there and was sending them for a funeral of a high school friend. I would not recommend this florist to any of my friends who live in or out of the area.
Rude, Condescending, Overpriced ! The other reviewer was exactly correct ! She acted like I was bothering her from the start. I was nothing but polite from the get go. She would answer none of my few relevant questions. Customer service? Think again. If not for need, and a bigger inconvenience, I would have gone elsewhere, about 30 miles away. Your choice! You have been informed !
