The doctor is nice I suppose but they suck at scheduling. Do NOT schedule someone for a time slot if you do not actually have the staff to support that.
worst dentist i have ever been too. they "fix" my teeth, but never the ones that hurt, then tell me the ones that do hurt have nothing wrong with them. everytime i go to the dentist i end up having to go back to have them fix something else that was "fine" the time before because it still hurts
