The Doctor is great but her office staff is absolutely horrible. They dropped the ball so bad and caused me to lose my insurance which caused a huge dominion effect. Cindy was at fault saying she had faxed the paperwork needed when in fact, she never did. She also will not acknowledge simple facts and is causing so many problems. I can't get my prescriptions because I lost my insurance due to her incompetence. It's sad that the front desk, Genesis, understands the situation more than Cindy does. The staff and Dr were super friendly ( crystal at desk, cheryl, assistant, ) free gifts for new patients was thoughtful, office clean and offers coffee, The Dr. Was very thorough going through my medical history, and addressed my questions. Was very satisfied with my visit.
