Love the staff and Dr. Silva professionalism when treating her patients.
I most recently had two refills given to me on my daily maintenance medication (for thyroid) I needed only one more. I was between insurance coverage after changing jobs and in the meantime was unable to afford an out-of-pocket office visit and blood work done at the lab. Obviously not an ideal situation, but one that can't be too rare. Excelente en su trato, Dra muy atenta a todo lo que uno le dice. Se toma el tiempo en explicar todo y revisar si tenemos dudas. Su Personal excelentes en servicio. Una Dra que toma en serio al paciente. Una profesional de la salud Tiempo y espera muy bueno. .
Worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Waited 2 hours for my appointment, was told my prescription couldn't be written right away and I would have to wait. 3 days later, after calling daily and no call back, was told they weren't going to give me my prescription after all and I would have to get a referral. Now I'm out of my medication and it's making me sick. Will never go here again!
would not recommended this office. they don't return calls and perscription refills takes days to be called in or be ready. very frustrating and inconvenient for patients.
