This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful medical practice I have ever TRIED to contact. The negative reviews are accurate. The front office does not answer the phone or call you back. The front office provides the initial contact with the medical staff. Therefore, it is imperative that the initial experience be a positive one because it is indicative of what will follow (i.e. the quality of medical care).
Dr. Bennett has been by doctor for many years. She is extremely thorough and I trust her. She listens and I have never had a problems with any of her staff.
Dr. Bennett is great but the person responsible for making appointments is either too busy or something else is wrong, but I have no idea what. She never picks up the phone, and I routinely have to leave 3-4 messages about an appointment -- and she never returns the calls. It's only when I happen to catch her when she decides to pick up the phone that I am able to schedule an appointment. Dr. Bennett is the best! Unfortunately the nursing and clerical staff are not! I have called on several occasions to schedule an appointment and they do not have the common courtesy to call back and schedule appointments. Set your personal issues aside and do your job. As much as I love Dr. Bennett contemplating getting another physician so my medical needs can be taken care of!
