Very disappointed with my experience. My vehicle was held for about a month during a warranty claim, and the dealership ultimately refused to complete the authorized repair — even though I provided all legitimate documentation and followed every required step. For three weeks, I was told my warranty claim was being processed, only to find out later that the dealership never actually submitted anything, I had to file the claim myself to get any progress.
