This was totally unexpected. Big town dealerships have a lot to learn from these folks. I bought a used 21 year old truck so I can tow a farm trailer. I didn't need much, just a powerful engine and a hitch. I purchased a used car from them that was in excellent shape and with low mileage, and I left very pleased. Unfortunately that car was totaled in an accident and because of my experience I went back to them. That was my first mistake. They put me in an Impala that they claimed came from the local government and took very good care of it. Suffice it to say, the struts need replaced, the tires are going out, the stereo works 90 percent of the time, and the transmission needed to be flushed 3 times to clear it out.
