Our flooring company was subcontracted by Milcon Construction LLC. to remove old carpet in the Lloyd D. George Federal Courthouse in Las Vegas, NV and install new glued down carpet tiles on the fourth and fifth floors. We supplied all material and labor to complete the project, and Milcon refused to pay us and stopped answering our calls and emails. Make sure to get paid up front with these guys. They never pay on time and on the last project we worked with them on we provided architectural services and they did not pay the final invoices once we provided 100% plans to them. They keep avoiding our calls.
