Has been bought out Jason is no longer owner. Been coming here for over 15 years. Called up today for a fairly easy job. But the gentleman said that he couldnt do it because didn't want to go back and forth. Not sure they are experienced mechanics here now. Told to go elsewhere. Sad to see that customer loyalty isn't even considered. Will not recommend. From this experience.
Stayed after change of ownership and so far so good. Ben, Darren and Jess have exceeded expectations, fitted me in promptly and politely, given great explanations and are keen to review recent solution in a few weeks to ensure it has fixed the issue. Thanks Ben & team.
Took my car for an issue which Spent $1200 only passed a rew days then still showed the problems, they never resolved. Very poor customer relations of a lady. It only takes one bad experience to make sure a customer never comes back. Never go there. Consider yourself warned.I won't be back ever.
New local owners. Fabulous, knowledgeable team that get the job done expertly. Nothing is too much trouble for Ben and his team. Great to have friendly, reliable non-manufacturer aligned service team to keep me and my family safely on the road.
