Extremely unprofessional. Called to have them work on my business. AC unit refused to do the work due to having conflict with other family members and said I was rude and refused to answer door to their workers when nobody came to my business

I was on the phone with a Deedee to inquire about services and she was extremely rude to me. Not sure how someone can stay in business being like that….

Called to have them come out and service some refrigeration equipment. They refused to even consider the work as they have a beef with the soon to be prior owners. Where has professionalism or customer service gone!?? Offered to pay cash and still refused to come out!! Holding a grudge over something in the past that has nothing to do with me! Sad, sad, sad!!
