Zero stars! I went to Dr. Tim Milburn for an eye exam and glasses. This was my second pair of glasses from him. The first pair were fine. This time, I had the eye exam, was suppose to get the glasses within 10 days to two weeks. Eye exam was done on October 13th. Expected to pick up glasses no later than October 27th. Received a call from one of the Receptionists telling me that they would not be ready yet because the Lab had chipped one of the lenses, and that Davis Vision was sending a new lense which would be cut in their... read more

Under federal law, our office is not permitted to explain the medical reasons why a particular patient is having difficulty with their treatment plan. However, our office always provides proper follow-up care at no additional charge for 30 days, if needed. Our doctors always provide the highest level of care and a proper diagnosis and explanation to every patient.
