Will not be coming back which is unfortunate cause the eye doctor is so great. I am tired of last minute cancellations after having to call off work and this time takes the cake. They don't even call you when they shut the building down for weeks and show up on time for the appointment. We are going elsewhere. Also the main headquarter company out of Alliance, Ohio calls weekly even when its not needed.
I have been going here for several years. They were always great with super helpful staff. I just learned they are temporarily closed. I got no email or phone notification of this, despite having an appointment scheduled for 7/1/24. Poor business ethic!
Very nice people that works in there. Service is great.
