The customer service is terrible. Especially with Gilbert the manager. I purchased three pallets of grass to be delivered on Monday morning. I do understand that sometimes we have some issues to get the product on time to the customers. But come on , basic skills to be a manager is to have communication with their customers. Getting to the point. I did not received the grass on Monday. I called Milberger’s Landscaping late Monday afternoon to get an update on the delivery. Gibert answered my call .
