I have never needed to use the services of Ed Milberger Pest Control; However I feel like it is mildly humorous to leave a negative review when they actually did nothing wrong with the intention of making their stars lower. Thank you.

I have used them for 5 years, the service guys were always great, however, I recently noticed they haven’t been out in awhile and I hadn’t received postcard reminders or a phone call to schedule my maintenance program. I called them twice, left a message first time and no response, when i called back a second time they said they can come out, but now i have to pay a new customer first time fee. Didn’t know that failure to get ahold of me and schedule would be my fault and that they would charge me the fee. Guess time to find... read more
