Sizeable portions, but food was great. The garlic bread we got at the beginning was amazing~

If you're going to charge as much as a fine dining Italian restaurant you should offer better service. I was given tea with no ice, and even after I saw the ice machine refilled I was never offered ice or a refill on my drink. I was never offered more bread even though on the menu it says it is complimentary. I was never given a ticket so when I went to the front I had to wait for several minutes before I could check out and leave.

When we entered Milano’s in Lawton, it appeared clean, but it took an excessive amount of time before we could order. The appetizer—stuffed mushrooms—was inedible: imitation crab and sauce were unpleasant. The veal parmesan was equally poor—frozen patties with soggy breading and tasteless sauce. The lasagna was indistinguishable under cheese and lacked flavor. The shrimp pesto had minimal shrimp, soggy pasta, and poor mushrooms. One of my favorite restaurants! Shawn is actually Italian and I’m convinced the food doesn’t come in a can or a bag they actually cook what they serve in house! Great location and atmosphere to feel comfortable while dressed casual or going out with a proper date (if you want to dress like a gentleman or lady)! I recommend making a special occasion out of it if you can but I have felt just as welcome in a t-shirt.

Great Italian food. Generous portions and food served hot. Great dinner rolls. Highly recommend.
