Absolutely the worst haircut experience I've ever had. The older woman who cut my hair was completely unprofessional — she kept walking away mid-cut to handle other tasks. If she was too busy, she should have scheduled appointments accordingly. I booked in advance specifically to receive focused, quality service, and instead got the opposite.
