The company owner gave us a quote that felt fair at first, but the hidden costs and unexpected issues quickly added up. To top it off, the mess left behind was unacceptable.
0 Stars if I could One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Justin seemed professional and responsive—until we signed the contract and paid the deposit. After that, communication dropped off completely. We ordered double-laminated windows, and he guaranteed they met our specifications. But on installation day, we discovered they were single-laminated, a cheaper and incorrect product. When we raised the issue, Justin blamed the manufacturer.
