the rooms were nothing like the photos, cleaners still in the room after 2pm the heated pool was cold and we were in the spa which was very warm but noticed yellow weird frothy stuff not sure if someone vomited in there or not so we packed everything up and I asked for a full refund and the girl at desk called the manager and wanted to speak on the phone I argued with her as she wouldn’t give a refund for the night we haven’t even used.
