Very disappointing experience with Milano’s Pizza. This has happened to me twice now. They tell you your order will be ready in about 20 minutes, but when you arrive, the food hasn’t even been started. It seems like they only begin preparing the order after you arrive and pay.Both times, I arrived expecting my food to be ready based on the time they gave me, only to have to wait while they started making it.
