Milano replaced our shingles 3 years ago on our 100+ year old house. Everything seemed fine until we did a gut reno job this year on the inside that revealed multiple large gapped areas in the roof that were not covered with plywood and not raised to us at the time. Rodrigo is now aware. On the plus side he was attentive to investigate an unrelated leak. Update: photos included. All areas of roof as discussed. "I would not have accepted that on my own house".
We recently had a new roof installed on our townhouse by Milano Roofing and the team was great! Quick and clear communication. A great job on our roof, and swift cleanup of the surrounding area. Highly recommend.
Rodrigo and his crew did an excellent job on our roof repair, both on our sloped roof repair and flat roof awning. Very transparent on pricing, the crew was super respectful to the neighbors and the property, showed up on time wrapped up everything on schedule as well as kept the job site super tidy when they finished. Highly recommended.
