There was a younger cook working today. Seems like he’s new. Hands down. Hands down. By far. The best steak sub I’ve ever had in Ottawa. I always order from here. And it’s always alright. Nothing crazy. But today was amazing. Cheers.
I came in looking for breadsticks but accidentally ordered cheese sticks. I didn’t realize my mistake until after I had picked up my food, but the staff went above and beyond by making breadsticks for me, even though they’re not even on the menu! That level of customer service is truly outstanding. **10/10 customer service!** I highly recommend this place. Great people who genuinely care about their customers!
Do not order online from Milano using their new menu.ca system. We had to cancel our order, as they didn’t have the crust we wanted. The person on the phone didn’t know how to cancel it, nor whom to contact. We love the food there, but now we have to go through our credit card to get the charge reversed. Great food marred by poor service.
Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. It’s too bad that they are not consistent. It’s exhausting, and the reason I don’t bother ordering every week. Now my cat is eating my pizza as it’s not fit for me.
