I’ve had a great experience at Milano Optics. I first came here last year for my police application eye test and paid a very reasonable fee. During that visit, my eyesight was properly assessed and I was advised to get glasses, which I also purchased from here. The glasses and prescription have been excellent. Yesterday, I visited again for another eye test. The eye exam was done thoroughly and professionally, and this time I wasn’t charged anything at all. I was genuinely so happy to finally get my glasses — the whole experience was an absolute win. The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and made the process feel easy instead of overwhelming. You can tell he actually cares about his customers, not just making a sale. Great service, great energy, and I walked out smiling (and seeing clearly). Highly recommend :)!!!
