It was my first time buying glasses from Milano Optics. The whole experience was very positive. I did not have the free eye exam, I had it recently done by my optometrist and paid for it ( no coverage through work for eye exams or glasses). The manager and his wife were very welcoming and polite. I ordered the progressive and transition lenses glasses and they are very nice and reasonably priced. I am very happy with them.
