I love Milano Nail spas. I have never had a bad experience until coming to this location. I would never write a review especially as someone in the customer service industry however management here has been extremely rude and unhelpful. I got my nails done this past Saturday with gelx french tip and one of my nails popped off the very same day. I do not live near this location so I was not able to go back and get them fixed. I asked for some sort of reimbursement or we could come to an agreement. However, management was not ... read more
Do not recommend to anyone. They are about quantity more than quality. My nails were horrible & all I wanted was a French tip.
I absolutely love this nail salon! They always get my nails right. The staff is friendly and attentive. They really take the time to listen and tailor everything to what you want. Their attention to detail is amazing. I often come in with zero ideas, and they’re so patient and creative when helping me brainstorm.
