I was disappointed in my Deluxe Shellac Pedicure this week. I was expecting a relaxing spa-like experience. It's supposed to be an 80 minute service. All of the steps were followed but I was in and out in 45 minutes. Even though I arrived 15 minutes early, I was given the boards to choose a colour during my service. Because my technician was alone in the salon, she was interrupted a couple of times by people at the counter. Not worth the extra cost. The polish application is nice though.
The salon is spotless and super hygienic, which made me feel really comfortable. Their cozy chairs made the whole experience even more relaxing!! The staff are so friendly and detail-oriented, and my nails turned out perfect. Everyone asks about my nails🩷
They are exceptionally remarkable, the best of the best and I dont see myself going anywhere else. They are topnotch
I’ve been seeing Kate for almost a year now regularly. I look forward to seeing her as I barely come in with chipped or missing nails if I do it’s because I have been using them as tools!! I used to have problems with my nails where I previously would go. Not anymore Kate’s work lasts and I always get compliments. My February nails. Next ones fun!!
