Bait snd switch operation. I went here for the first time in January, and loved my nails and pedicure! My nail techs were great. I just left today and while I was paying, I looked at the summary charges. They charged me 3.00 to cut down my nails which were already very short. They also charged me 5.00 to change the shape of my toenails! The tech asked me if I wanted to try a round shape instead of square, and I said sure.
