The people at Milano were very easy to work with. They showed us several options and there was no high pressure sales. They were highly recommended, and we appreciate their efforts.
The stone we got for my baby was beautiful, but I was very upset the way we were kept lingering. My son died in April and the stone was ordered mid-April. They said 6 months and it never came. Called twice and they said they would keep me updated and gave me a new deadline end of November instead of the original October. Still never came and never heard any updates or anything more like they said. At this point was just hopeful to have it for Christmas.
