Customer service from a Memorial Specialist at Milano Monuments was exceptional. However, due to unexpected family issues their services were no longer needed. Instead of initially being understanding, Milano Monuments was going to keep the entire $941.69 deposit for doing nothing! Eventually they decided to refund $741.69 and hold $200.00 as a “credit” for a future headstone. The kicker is that the “credit” is only good for ONE year from the date of the refund!
