I bought a table on November 22nd, and we had to pay for the assembly. During assembly, we discovered that a part was missing. The assembler called the store immediately to inform them, but even so, we had to call the store several times to try to get the missing part. After almost two months, we went back to the store to complain because they weren't even returning our calls to give us an update on when we would receive the missing part, and their response was that it was the factory's fault... AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST, like many other recent reviews said. They advertised the items are made in Italy but it was NOT. They said they will ship a new item, but they did not - they just gave me the one in the shop. It was USED ITEM with MANY DEFECTS. And the conditions of the item was terrible - rusty bolts/ steel, defects, scratches, cracks I filed complaints and they said they are going to replace it. But they never did.
