AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST, like many other recent reviews said. They advertised the items are made in Italy but it was NOT. They said they will ship a new item, but they did not - they just gave me the one in the shop. It was USED ITEM with MANY DEFECTS. And the conditions of the item was terrible - rusty bolts/ steel, defects, scratches, cracks I filed complaints and they said they are going to replace it. But they never did. We are experiencing the worst level of customer service in replacing our item. We noticed the defects on our furnitures immediately upon the arrival of our furnitures. So we claimed it. But the delivery people said they are just the delivery guys and have nothing to do with the furniture shop. But check your invoice - it says after the delivery, you will not be able to return it. We have been waiting for our sofa for almost 12 weeks now, they do not communicate the delays with customers proactively, and provide inaccurate updates on time. Hopefully, the information great they use leather from Italy and just assemble in China is not a lie.
