They ruined my white item and then tried to tell me the spot were already on it. I wish I had read reviews prior to leaving it.
Decided to try them out because I needed a dry cleaner closer to home. Took in 3 button down shirts the first time and turnaround time was longer than I'm used to but I didn't have a rush so that wasn't a big concern. When I picked up the 3 shirts I was a little surprised at the cost but with inflation I guess thats the norm across the board. I returned to pick up the 3 shirts and drop off 1 more shirt. I stopped by this cleaner to look into having several items dry cleaned and/or altered. After looking at my items the owner advised he did not feel comfortable cleaning a few. For example- i have a wool coat that has a faux fur trim. He advised the faux fur would get cracked if he dry cleaned it. I respect the honesty! He did agree to alter a pair of jeans.
