I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD. I brought my expensive $200 comforter here to be professionally cleaned and it was returned to me with a HUGE stain that was NOT there when I dropped it off. I paid $65 for a cleaning service and somehow ended up with my comforter in worse condition than when I brought it in. What made the situation even more unacceptable was how the owner/representative handled it. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to actually LISTEN to my concerns.
