I had a 20 year old deck and needed a new deck and a deck covering as my backyard is in full Sun. I shopped around and went with Milano Brothers. I met with Rich, who showed up on time, brought product choices and we discussed what needed to be done. I knew this project was going to be a complete gut and rebuild. Our projects entailed the removal and enlargement of an existing patio and refllooring of our front portico with pavers. After interviewing three prospective contractors, we chose Milano Brothers primarily based on Rich Milanos’ experience, knowledge, price, and helpful suggestions. Milano Brothers built our deck last summer (2020). They had to remove a significant amount of roots and a concrete patio. Did a great job. They built a solid foundation and a beautiful deck. Rich checked in with me each day after the crew left to give me an update.

Rich’s crew did an outdoor kitchen and extended my paver patio. All came out great and everyone that sees it loves it. So happy with the work and now I can enjoy my backyard this summer.
